ABOUT

Our Story

Brockmeyer Tile & Stone has been serving eastern North Dakota, northern Minnesota, and surrounding communities since 2001. We are proud to be one of the area’s largest natural stone, quartz and tile suppliers for home builders and contractors, commercial contractors, and residential homeowners. We specialize in the selection of materials, fabrication, and installation of those products. Removing the middleman allows us to service our customers with a smooth beginning-to-end process.

Our team prides itself on keeping up with cutting-edge construction trends, engaging strong communication skills and implementing innovation throughout every project. Brockmeyer Tile & Stone’s 6,000-square-foot fabrication facility brings together an experienced production team and state of the art CNC equipment under one roof. We offer precision fabrication, laser templating and experienced installation. The finished result is a product that everyone can be proud of.

OUR PROCESS

Our highly skilled team specializes in the custom fabrication and installation of natural and manufactured stone slabs and tile for a variety of surfaces including, but not limited to, kitchens, bars, bathroom vanities, showers, tubs, laundry rooms, fireplaces, outdoor living areas, pools, furniture tops and more!

  • In-Office Estimate: You may stop in during our showroom hours, or we will gladly set up an appointment for you for a more in-depth consultation. Simply bring your drawings or plans in to our office where one of our experienced team members will meet with you to go over your project, discuss our service options and answer any questions you may have.
  • Submit A Drawing: You may email or fax your project drawing to us. Your project drawing can be cabinet drawings, a whole house plan, or a simple birds-eye view of your surfaces. Be sure that in addition to the measurements of your surfaces, you also note any other specific details you desire (if known), such as backsplash, sink option, edge profile and if tear-out is needed. An experienced team member will then contact you to discuss your project and answer any other questions you may have.

Once you have decided to select Brockmeyer Tile & Stone, please promptly contact us. We will then send you a contract for your review and signature, and we will schedule the dates for your tear-out (if applicable), template and install. Even if you are unsure of a specific timeframe for your project, an approximate timeframe is still very beneficial, as it allows us to reserve a spot for you on our schedule.

  • Slabs – We offer over 100 slabs of in-stock granite and quartz. If you cannot find the perfect slab in our stock selection, we will then refer you to one of our slab distributors in Fargo in North Dakota, or St. Cloud and Minneapolis in Minnesota. These need to be purchased and delivered to our shop. Please see our vendors page for a list of local suppliers we work with.
  • Sinks And Faucets – These need to be purchased through Brockmeyer Tile & Stone or available at the job site. It is very important for our templater to have these on hand in order to create an accurate template. For apron/farmhouse style sinks, these need to be set in place, but not installed. We offer very affordable sink packages. Please contact us for details and pricing.

One of our experienced templators will accurately measure your surfaces utilizing a precise laser template system and take note of any intricate details of your project to provide you with a beautifully customized finished product. In some cases, your current countertop can stay in place until just prior to installation of your new one.

Once your template is complete, it is then thoughtfully laid out on your slabs to best showcase your selected stone. When the layout is confirmed, our highly skilled custom fabrication team then uses our state-of-the-art CNC equipment to perform precision fabrication.

Approximately 7-10 business days after your template, your project will be ready for installation! A typical kitchen installation takes approximately 4-6 hours and is completed in one day. Large projects or projects including more than one area may take longer.
